  25. The Caller ID feature requires that you sign up for Caller ID service with
  26. your telephone company.  After you are signed up you can either use
  27. terminal software (e.g. COMit) or a caller id utility to view the
  28. following information:

  30. Date
  31. Time
  32. Number
  33. Name (this is optional info that you may not get from your phone co)
  34.  
  35. The modem grabs the Caller ID info between the first and second rings. 
  36. So, do not set the modem to answer before the second ring.  
  37.  
  38. The command to enable the feature is #CID=1
  39.  
  40. You may want to download the complete list of AT commands for your modem
  41. from our ftp or WWW site as you may not have received all that you should
  42. have with your modem.
